These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders and use of the website indulgence4you.co.uk operated by Indulgence ( "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

  • All products are homemade in a domestic kitchen that is approved and registered with the local authority (Food Hygiene Rating Scheme – details available on request).
  • We provide allergen information for each product. It is your responsibility to read it before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment.
  • Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly.

Orders and contract

  • When you place an order, you receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order is accepted.
  • A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email (or, for local collection/payment on arrival, when we confirm availability).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., if a product is unavailable, pricing error, or we suspect fraud).

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable (we are not VAT-registered unless stated).
  • Payment is due at the time of ordering for online payments. For local “pay on collection” arrangements, payment is due when you collect.
  • We accept credit/debit cards. All online payments are processed securely by third-party providers – we never store full card details.

Delivery and collection

  • Delivery: We currently not offering delivery. When we do start offering deliver it will be local delivery only. Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
  • Collection: You may collect from our business address during advertised opening hours (currently Thursday & Friday, times displayed on website). You must bring your order confirmation.
  • Risk and title: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery or collection. Title passes when we receive full payment.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days without giving a reason. However, exceptions apply to perishable goods (food, homemade treats). Because our products are perishable and made to order, the right to cancel ends as soon as we begin preparing your order (which is immediately after order confirmation).

Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/collection with photos. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including delivery).
  • Non-delivery: If you do not receive your order, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and either resend or refund.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g., goods must be of satisfactory quality).

Allergens and dietary requirements

  • We provide allergen information (including 14 major allergens) on product pages. It is your responsibility to check before ordering.
  • Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, gluten, nuts, soya, and other allergens.Cross‑contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering – we cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment.

Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profits, business interruption).
  • Our total liability is limited to the order value paid by you.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Website use

  • You agree to use our website lawfully and not to introduce viruses or malicious code.
  • We may suspend access for maintenance or updates.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
